While many agree that making a good cup of espresso is an art in itself, latte art refers to patterns made in the foam espresso drinks. Thirty-two baristas from across the Southwest went head-to-head in a bracket style competition to create the most original design. Each Barista had only five minutes to create one beautiful cup of coffee before heading to judging where a winner was selected.
